Why not ask your friends over today and watch an Audrey Hepburn film in the memory of this fabulous woman. Or you can honour her memory by wearing her signature look:
“My look is attainable. Women can look like Audrey Hepburn by flipping
out their hair, buying the large sunglasses, and the little sleeveless dresses.”
Whatever you do have a wonderful day!

Beautiful post, Lisa! I hardly find the words, as I've always looked up to Audrey, to her style and wonderful person that she was. Hope you have a beautiful day too! Ada
ReplyDeleteClassic beauty and sophistication. When I was little I wanted to BE her. Perhaps if I finish my paper, I'll reward myself with Roman Holiday :0)
ReplyDeletea beautiful woman, a nice person and also a good mother...
ReplyDeleteShe had such a lovely spirit, beautiful inside and out.
ReplyDeleteA beautiful post for a beutiful woman¡¡
ReplyDeleteShe was and always will be my favorite actress. Many come and go, but there will never be anyone close to Audrey Hepburn. She was such a classy lady and had many more talents than most people know of. She was a concert pianist and spoke eight languages fluently. She wanted to be a dancer more than an actress, but I am so glad she chose to act. There is a tulip in Holland called the Audrey Hepburn Tulip. I do not know what color it is. I wonder if some of you might know? I could go on, but Happy Birthday Audrey. You were one of a kind.
ReplyDeleteI watch Audrey's movies over & over. What a incredibly talented & beautiful actress she

ReplyDeleteYes, Audrey Hepburn was born in Brussels, Belgium. As a little girl she also lived in the UK and she was living in Arnhem, Holland where she experienced the horrors of the WWII before moving back to the UK.
